This session will allow you to completely switch off from the outside world and clear your mind. This session will help teach you how to de-stress, reduce anxiety, and help increase self awareness and connection with your body. What we will cover
1. We will begin with meditation, and find some stillness and connection with ourselves.
2. We will focus on synchronizing breath with movement, and postures. In slow flow yoga, postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between postures are a little slower.
3. The session will end with a short Q&A an opportunity to ask any questions about beginning yoga or maintaining a dedicated yoga practice at home.
