Accessibility Statement
This statement applies to www.divergentthinking.uk.
Our commitment
Divergent Thinking wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible.
Accessibility measures
We have reviewed the site’s heading structure, image descriptions, form labels, descriptive link text and colour contrast. We also test common desktop and mobile layouts and use Wix’s Accessibility Wizard after material changes.
You should be able to:
• zoom the site to at least 200% without losing important information or functionality;
• navigate the main content and controls using a keyboard;
• use common screen-reader software to understand headings, links, forms and image descriptions; and
• contact us for information in an alternative format.
Known limitation
Some embedded YouTube videos are hosted by third parties and may not yet have captions or transcripts. We have kept the videos available through clearly labelled links. If you need the content in another format, please contact us and we will provide a reasonable alternative wherever possible.
Feedback and contact
If you find an accessibility problem, need information in a different format, or have a suggestion, email nat@divergentthinking.uk. Please tell us the page and the support you need. We aim to reply within two working days.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 26 July 2026 following a self-assessment using Wix’s Accessibility Wizard and manual checks. It will be reviewed after significant website changes and at least annually.
