Careers at Divergent Thinking

Where Every Mind Belongs

At Divergent Thinking, we believe neurodiversity is a vital part of human diversity and a powerful driver of innovation, creativity, and progress. We work with organisations to create more inclusive workplaces where different ways of thinking are understood, valued, and supported. Our approach combines lived experience, neuroscience, and practical workplace strategies to help people and businesses thrive.

Why Neurodiversity Matters

Our founder, Nat Hawley, has spoken publicly about the importance of neurodiversity in modern workplaces and society. Through TEDx talks, media contributions, and consultancy work, Nat advocates for environments where neurodivergent people can succeed without masking who they are.

At Divergent Thinking, we believe inclusion is not only the right thing to do, it also leads to stronger teams, better ideas, and more innovative organisations.

Remote, Worldwide

We prioritise flexibility and trust, valuing outcomes over hours. Our remote-first approach emphasises clear, written communication, defined deadlines, and respectful response times. We ensure accessibility by offering captions, camera-optional calls, quiet participation, and other adjustments upon request. Above all, we practice kind communication, deliver reliably, and reject presenteeism in favor of genuine well-being and impact.
