Yugo (The Dot Group)
Discovering Neurodiversity Across Time Zones
The Client
Yugo is part of The Dot Group, a global student-living provider. In August 2025, they launched "Spectrum of Strength"- an internal learning campaign. The challenge? Bring neurodiversity awareness to diverse audiences without disrupting frontline operations.
The Objective
Deliver short, high-impact neurodiversity training for mixed audiences. Residence managers, maintenance teams, operations staff, HR, and senior leaders all needed practical guidance. The brief called for low-effort adjustments that help both staff and residents. Timing mattered and content had to land across multiple global regions.
Our Approach
We co-designed a concise programme with Yugo. Two live, interactive Microsoft Teams webinars were scheduled in August 2025. One session suited UK/EU/US afternoons. The other targeted APAC/Middle East mornings.
Beyond Labels
What neurodiversity means in practice, not just theory
Inclusive Communication
Clear, considerate approaches that work for everyone
Spiky Profiles
How cognitive differences drive innovation
Practical Adjustments
Concrete, low-cost changes that make real impact
The session “Discovering Neurodiversity: Strengths, Differences, and Inclusive Practice” kept engagement high with anonymous polls, quick scenarios, and a live Q&A. Afterwards, participants received the slide deck, a PDF quick-reference guide, internal comms copy, and a feedback link.
Outcome
Both time-zoned webinars were delivered as scoped. Materials were circulated for wider reach beyond live attendees. The afternoon session attracted 100+ participants. The early-morning cohort was smaller but equally engaged.
Q&A themes revealed strong practical intent and genuine curiosity:
Understanding & Identity

Masking and gender dynamics
Self-identification processes
Early identification pathways
Heritability questions
Practical Support

ADHD-specific adjustments
Routines and movement breaks
Realistic timeline planning
Universal design principles
Following delivery, stakeholders requested a follow-up meeting. The goal? Choose a focused pathway for deeper implementation.
